Hayate the combat butler is amazing imo. Also liked the anime altough it skips a lot of stuff and the best arc of the series (Athena arc). Kenjiro Hata's best work, much better than Tonikaku Kawaii. Great comedy series with lots of good characters.
I just discovered your channel and subscribed right away :) My Manga Top 10 is: Flying Witch, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Natsume's Book of Friends, My Happy Marriage, Colettes decides to die, Witch Hat Atelier, ReLIFE, Yuru Camp, In the Name of the Mermaid Princess and Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina :) Flying Witch is my absolute favorite of them all though (just like the anime btw) and it's soooo underrated :( I LOVE Iyashikei, witches and the more subtle magic in a non fantasy setting ♥ What titles are currently in your Top10?
Yeah, "Flying Witch" is a good fantasy slice-of-life series. Sadly, the chapter releases are really slow in Japan, as chapters are released once in like 2-3 months. Meaning Localized Volume releases are much slower as well.
Hi love the vid did you order from there Owen web site or eBay one as thay don’t seem to be showing any discount codes and when I try searching for manga in a search I don’t seem to see any or a category for it
So I would maybe call them out on that Mars volume. I had recently ordered Miyuki chan in wonderland by clamp in an order from wob for super cheap and was really happy to get it cheap because it’s not common and was listed very good condition. They told me it had been damaged in storage and they threw it out and they didn’t have another nor did they have pictures of how damaged it was, fast forward like a day and they had that title listed again same condition for over £30! So I was like….did you sell it to me too cheap, regret it then lie and then list the same one? Like the odds of them having another in the same condition when they said they didn’t are so low. They didn’t refute that claim and just sent me the book….very suss. That order in general was terrible I had a “very good” condition item arrive with all manner of damage including having food on it??? The same order also had three volumes in German that weren’t listed as being German 🙃 I asked them what was going on because I have never had so many issues especially so many in one order before. I was gutted because I love wob.
I should have one piece omnibus that has volume's 43,44,45 in it, and volume 9 of edenzero arriving friday or monday . Also, this friday im ordering volume's 46 to 60 of one piece and volume 4 of chained soldier.
Rainbow spines are indeed aesthetically pleasing and usually it is the cover that draws me first to a manga. But the only series I began to collect because of the cover alone is Kerneval. Mostly because butterflies patern 😅

The discount codes stopped being stackable, so you don't get as big a discount as you used to, apparently.

I've found that sometimes under the light you can still see the address through the sharpie if the address label is kinda shiny
