I had to call out of work, I've been vomiting all damn day, been laying around wasting my day. My body doesn't have the energy to do anything and I absolutely detest myself and detest my body. Normally I am exercising, training almost everyday but today this hangover will not allow me. I've done some 5-7 mile races hung over, I've even trained bjj little tipsy but after this, I realize how much I am hurting my body and my health, my money and energy. I feel downright useless. Starting today though, I am going to begin my "Sober in October" and go even beyond that. I'm no longer getting super drunk and allowing myself to be vulnerable out in public. I'm cleaning up my act.

I have to do 10 more” and the I do 10 more etc. the constant confusion keeps me distracted until I actually can’t do any more. But then I do 10 more
