Adam West was way before my time (born in 1986) but in my personal opinion he’s the best Batman as he didn’t need any of the things like in the current films and I just had to subscribe to this as soon as I saw it.
Same Wayne Time! Same Wayne Channel! I love this build already. I hope we get wider release of an 89 Batmobile build eventually. I saw there is a French test release of the build and I would cave on it if it ever comes to the US.
Having seen several other videos of this, I was wondering when you were going to start, because no offence to the other builders, but with your videos we know we will see a quality build, with a few hints and tips thrown in for good measure, so without further ado let's get Bat-cracking!
Storing that antenna will be difficult as it will be months until it is needed again. Tissue paper and bubble wrap are very necessary. Loving the build as all ways. Stay safe all.
Getting my first shipment Saturday and can't wait to get started! Thank you Wayne for everything you do...looking so forward to doing this build at about the same time as you and I know you'll be teaching us things about the build as you go along...as you say..."I make the mistakes so you don't have to". Many thanks for that as well! Also, just received my PH0 and PH1 drivers as well as the needed oil and a metal ruler which I have a feeling will come in handy when we all get farther along. Again, thank you so very much for your videos!
What a great channel! I'm late 50s and I've never made a model in my life, not even an Airfix kit. I never thought I'd be any good at it, but now I want to give it a go. (Gulp!) Reading up about kits and watching some great videos. Finally at a point in my life where I'm not worried if the first few attempts are disasters.
Great video Wayne… I got my first part yesterday I feel my life of part work building has been leading up to this model… takes me back to when I was just a lad and the first episodes to be shown in the U.K. I did get an e-Mail from Fanhome saying the next pack will be delayed by 20 days because of the issues in the Gulf and container ships having to go the long way round. I guess this will apply to other models as the weeks go by. In the meantime keep up the great work.
Fantastic first video Wayne. I am so, so looking forward to my first issues to come in a few days. I loved watching Batman as a child. Love your Ker-pow graphics. This is going to be a really fun & enjoyable build.
I'm looking forward to this, partially to get over the withdrawal from completing the _Knight Rider_ KITT, and partly because I've always loved this car. Adam West was _my_ Batman.
Used to live in Noth Hollywood Ca George Barris shop was about 3 miles away in Toluca Lake the Batmobile and the Munsters car and some others were in the the show room hey Agora or Fanhome the Munsters car would be another popular build
Huge fan from the US , I ordered mine last week , my only complaint would be how they do the issue’s because to me they should send you 4 kits instead of just 2 things
being of an age to remember Batman on TV i do not remember it having red stripes on, I'm sure it was just all black, but looking forward to watching the build just checked original batman film it did have red stripes memory going old age 😀😀
Per my communication with fanhome: We would kindly inform you that the prices for the Batmobile collection are as below:
The first package costs $1.95. The 2nd package costs $35.18. The 3rd package costs $49.17. From the 4th package until package 6 it costs $98.34 each. From package 7 until package 17 it costs $104.34 each. From package 18 until package 21 it costs $121.73 each.
This means that in total you will receive 21 packages.
I'm still doing the Ecto-1 or I would have jumped on this. Though, I could be easily tempted to do two builds if they ever bring out the '89 Batmobile.
Wow. Love it. Don't know why the included that aerial so early, chance of breaking that while in storage for the next 2 years is ridiculously high. Extra bat-care required.
Anyone around tgat sounds like the original announcer how cool would the outro be “What will World of Bruce Wayne build in next pack? Find out same bat tome, same bat channel!”
I want to get this one so bad, but I need to finish KITT. I'm on 67-69, but the delivery was rough and the roof of the car was broken. As soon as I'm done with that I'll start this one.
I’ve been asking Fanhome to ship to Australia since the Ecto 1 and F&F Dodge Charger but oh no .. they have no interest .. Us DownUnder don’t get bugger all options
Hi Wayne... yeah I did mine the other day... But its 10 screws in the roof frame not 12 "Holy Batman"...lolol Oh this build is going to be fun since your name is Wayne at least and mine is Robin...lolol 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Best regards always across the pond... I'll be borrowing the "Batboat" if you don't mind...lolol 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oh I'm going to be having fun with this build...!!!!😂
Hi Wayne, I've been watching your builds and love them. I am only at stage 7 of the Ecto-1 and just got in my Batmobile 1st delivery in. What do you use separate/store the different screws? Thank You for the advise. John
I have to wait to finish or at least to be half way with my R2-D2 to start the Batmobile. I will finish it in one more year but Fanhome has problems to send the part on time. I'm two months back since December.😭
Great video Wayne. I can see the joy on your face that this is going to be a fun build. Love the 'Bat' editing too....very funny. I can't stop laughing mate! :D
Received mine yesterday and was waiting for your video as the magazine instructions are just a little vague about the wheel assembly. Sorted now. Remember that the next 3 packs are likely to be delayed by 20 days or so thanks to the Houthis and Iranians blockading the Red Sea/Suez Canal!
Looking forward to further more detailed stages, thanks Wayne! What time was it when you finished that - was in Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Dinner, Batmaannnn!
They used to have a real one on display at the Gold Strike out side of Las Vegas. Covid shut them down and they went out of business. They just bulldozed the hole place to the ground. Too bad. ;(
This looks fantastic. Hoping to get to it in a couple of years lol. Currently I'm doing r2d2, e.t, nissan skyline and my new build Eleanor from gone in 60 seconds. I haven't seen much of that last one anywhere on UA-cam.

Now we need the ‘89 Batmobile
Assembled my first stages yesterday and I love it. Fun build!!!
Looking forward to the 'Whoops' and 'Auws' during this build!
Love the Ker-POW etc graphics you’ve added!
Got mine yesterday ,impressive Wayne, looks a top build
Fantastic first video Wayne. I am so, so looking forward to my first issues to come in a few days. I loved watching Batman as a child. Love your Ker-pow graphics. This is going to be a really fun & enjoyable build.
I demand that you refer to everything with the proper "bat" prefix. "bat- screwdriver". "Bat- AP screws". "Bat-bonnet" etc...
Lol

🦇 👍👍 🦇
and only costs around $1800 to complete.
Detroit Autorama March 1-3 next week is going to have 5 batmobiles there this year and one of them is going to be the '66
Great vid

The Bat Shark Repellent was in the Batcopter
You could ask the misses to make a soft work pad with the batman logo on the material. That's what I'm doin
It’s not fair that we are missing out on this in Canada! C’mon Fanhome, sell it here!
Still waiting on mine to show, literally it's impossible to screw these up , a pun on all the screws. Looking forward to the other videos.
nice build thanks lee

Looks stunning Wayne 😍
Wow. Love it.

This takes 2 years to build?
Awesome gonna be epic 👍.
Anyone around tgat sounds like the original announcer how cool would the outro be “What will World of Bruce Wayne build in next pack? Find out same bat tome, same bat channel!”
Wow Chum! Looks amazing 😂🙌
wish they would bring this to the shop's i don't do on line orders

Hey Wayne it would be something, if you got the poster autograph by the late Adam West, and Burt Ward
I keep asking Fanhome to make these builds available to us in Australia so many I want to buy.
I’ve been asking Fanhome to ship to Australia since the Ecto 1 and F&F Dodge Charger but oh no .. they have no interest .. Us DownUnder don’t get bugger all options
@@shanegunning I'll just keep hassling them on Facebook
Good Luck Brotha .. I’ve been hassling them for atleast 2 years with no change.. never gonna happen
@@shanegunning That's your fault for all being descendants of criminals! 🤣🤣🤣
Hi Wayne... yeah I did mine the other day...

"Holy screw in oil Batman!"
I wonder if Batman would be fined and have points on his license for using the Batphone while driving.
There were no laws against it back in 1966!
I saw one of these in the Hollywood Motorama Museum in Los Angeles back in 1975, but it had an uncharacteristic flocked paint job.
Hi Wayne, I've been watching your builds and love them. I am only at stage 7 of the Ecto-1 and just got in my Batmobile 1st delivery in. What do you use separate/store the different screws? Thank You for the advise. John
I used to use an old pill box but I realisednI don't need to save screws so I don't anymore
What do you use to store all your part builds in?
32l storage containers
I subscribed - a model from my era 😂
Here we go. I thought the screws for the antenna base were a little too big for the holes, does anybody agree? I cracked my antenna a little.
I have to wait to finish or at least to be half way with my R2-D2 to start the Batmobile.
I will finish it in one more year but Fanhome has problems to send the part on time. I'm two months back since December.😭

Will we get an OUCH! on the screen if you have an accident with your craft knife?
YAY!!
How much would the entire build cost 🤔 ?
Generally speaking these monthly model kits cost around $2,000 spread out over 24 months. That's a decent ballpark number.

Too bad. ;(
Did I see that right? The remote is not a Bat-remote?! Quick Wayne, get on the Bat-phone and call Chloe and Mike Lane!
I would love this but it's just too expensive.
Yay
Shouldn't this build be called World of Bruce Wayne ?
😆😆
What scale is this vehicle?
1:8
Thanks.
I was the second like. Woo Hoo!
Hay phones don't have cords on them. ;)

Hi wayne do you remember the dinky toy batmobil where you pushed a button anx a metal segment came out from the front
I do. I remember the speedboat with the red fin toy as well. A staple in my bath time sessions.
I thought it was Corgi who did the 66 & not dinky.
I do reremember the 66 had figures & also fired red missles from the silver tubes at the back
I had that car - wish I had it now 😢
@@WorldofWayneUK So you didn't play 'submarines' then, Wayne? 🤣🤣🤣
The blade at the front was called the slicer . Only a few of the cars had them fitted but never got used
Looks good Wayne I won't be building this as I'm doing the Tumbler too much £💷🫤
