- This is a method I use to bend an H channel out of aluminum metal (or a “soffit miter” or double J-Channel.) This can be scaled up to a 10’6” or 12’6” piece depending on the length of your metal brake.

Thanks for posting this!...
You bet!
Thanks for the video. I appreciate it.
No problem! 😊
can you do a video on how to cap windows with aluminum
This one may take me a while. It looks like I should get some remodel work going. I do a lot of new construction, but have done plenty of re-sides too. I put it in my notes though.
Turn on the lights and keep subject in frame. Good information but, can’t follow your instructions due to poor lighting and video frame. Thanks for the effort!
Gotcha, there wasn’t any lights in there. It’s kind of surprising how cameras still struggle in low light.
I made an updated video here: ua-cam.com/video/5wbZqh4gigY/v-deo.htmlsi=72Hd1i3SXO_bIjw8
Hope it helps!
Bad Video
Guess I’m not for everybody… How can I improve it?
Your pencil drawing can't be seen, so I have no reference to the shape
I made an updated video with a paper sketch… it’s not perfect still and may take some patience to watch, but I think with the two videos together it better demonstrates how to bend the H channel. Thanks!
