Richard spent an inordinate amount of time selecting the most attractive woman in the room from the pictures shown to him in one of the first trials before declaring Andrea to be Forth ! I found that showed no consideration to her feelings ! A truly wise man would have realised how ruinous to their relationship that was. Other women don't matter. The one women you are married to is the only woman who matters. Timothy wisely declined the task as he saw it for what it was. Divisive and liable to cause upset.
