Hi Mike...Kate here. Sorry to hear about your health problems. Back pain is the worst! Many years ago I strained my back and didn't feel it until I got in the shower after a long day. The sudden sharp pain felt like I'd been hit by lightening! I understand about the doctor bills, too. At that time I didn't have any insurance. I had to compromise by going to CVS and getting a disposable heating patch , that you had to remove from the packet to activate. It got warm and actually did help. It was similar to the Icy Hot patch, but a lot cheaper. I don't know if they still carry those but they were only $.075.
Well the heating pad hells, but my whole back is sore. I guess I just going to have to wait it out. Just hope it gets better sooner then layer. Thank you got the comment!
Threw my back out more than a few times and it can excruciatingly painful and debilitating. Hope you get some relief soon Mike, looking forward to seeing more videos when you are feeling better.
I can tell your in pain from your eyes. I hope you get better soon. On a side note about not being rested and being weak, have you had your heart checked lately? When I was diagnosed with heart failure I was not sleeping well at all and I was weak as heck.
I felt that back pain before it was not fun it felt like i couldn't breath and felt like the Hulk was squeezing my ribs i bought one of those heating pads like you have and that thing helped me alot i just layed in bed with that hot pad on my back

Yeah, its a smart bulb. Any color and brightness. I can control it from my phone, or just tell echo to turn it on, very cool!

My heart is ok, doc checks it every time I see her. I think I just have energy because of the back being sore all the time.

You should try edibles. I haven't taken any pain killers for years. Take care buddy.
I tried gummies edibles, did mot see an difference. But maybe I should try again. Hope ur doing ok there in the cold brother!
