I heard this song months after I lost my parents and it hit home. I am stuck in grief and trying to handle their estate, and just exhausted and feel like I'll never get back to myself and my own life. A dark cloud is hanging over me that I can't break through. I realize that isn't necessarily the intended subject of the song, but it helped me regardless. Beautiful song. Thank you.
This just strikes me as heartbreaking since I'm going through about the same thing as you are. My mother sadly passed away on the 30th of july. And now there is still dark cloud over my head as well. And as yourself, I feel that this song is really helping. It is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
