You have done a great job at not overcomplicating things while at the same time avoiding the pitfalls of simplifying quantum mechanics. The woosh sound is at the very least too distracting and should be toned down, replaced or removed altogether. I would love seeing a more in depth video on quantum computing.

When people search for 'What is a qubit', they probably won't feel enlightened until they know why is a qubit more powerful that a normal bit, and give an example of this advantage in action. It's probably best to put these all together in one. (hint: I've seen other videos do this in 24 fewer seconds!)

I have a doubt. If in one bit qubit 0 and qubit 1 can exist in many probabilities and also considering the dynamic nature of the alpha and beta, how can we get one end result or one bit ( i.e. either qubit 0 or qubit 1) as the result. I mean if the qubit 0 is what a computer interprets , then if the probability changes then the result can be qubit 1 also. This can happen if say qubit 0 probability 52% and qubit 1 probability 48% and pico/nano seconds later it changes to qubit 0 probability 49% and qubit 1 probability 51%. Please clear my doubt.
Okay, i believe i understand fairly well what it is they DO, and how their function differs from "regular" bits. But there is something fundamental im not understanding and am having trouble finding resource on. What IS a qubit? Is it a electron or something?
It's my understanding that a qubit can be made of any quantum particle. Sometimes people use a photon with polarization direction as the bits. Sometimes they use an electron with spin up vs down as the bits. Sometimes they use a whole atom with spin up vs spin down. Sometimes it's the electron within an atom and the energy states can serve as bits.
The sound effects are unbearable and even the background music interferes with what is being explained. Better improve the quality of sound of the speaker and suppress all music and sound effects that are too distracting

So superposition allows the qubits to have parts of ket 1 and ket 0? How does having parts of ket 1 and ket 0 affect the calculations if a qubits only gives ket 1 or ket 0 after being measured? Also how does it run different simulations simultaneously
If you have two qubits, then they can interfere with each other. If you have large number of qubits, then they you will get complex interference pattern. This pattern cannot be achieved via classical computation. What quantum algorithim do is, use this complex interference pattern to get right solutions. From what I understand, it is this interference pattern which is the power behind quantum computing.
