- How to set up your business account with Quill™:
1) Click the following link and register for a new account: www.tkqlhce.com/click-8842083-...
2) Under “Account type”, select “Business use”. Enter an email and password and click “Create account”
3) Enter your Company Name, Industry, First and Last Name, Title and Number of Employees. Click “Save and close” **make sure your Company Name exactly matches the Secretary of State and your D&B file
4) At the top where it says “Hi [Your Name]”, click “Account”. It will show a dropdown menu, click “Your Account”. On the next page in the middle, click “Account Settings”
5) Scroll down to where it says “Billing accounts” and “Shipping addresses”. Click “Manage billing address” and enter the information. This should be your Company Address that matches your Secretary of State and D&B file.
6) Either check the box that says to “Use as shipping address” if you want them to be the same. If not, click “Manage shipping address” and enter the information.
7) *Important* Under the addresses, you’ll see a section titled “D&B Trade Exchange Program terms” - make sure to check this box so your tradeline reports!
8) After your account is set up, put together a shopping cart of at least $100 and apply for Net 30 Terms at checkout

Thanks for the information. I talked to a rep at Quill as they were not reporting to the business bureau. They informed me they are not reporting to business CB's anymore. We stopped using them and have been using other vendors ever since.
Quill does in fact still report! There was a brief window of a couple months mid last year where they did not but began reporting again right after. We've heard potentially from hundreds of clients over the years that called their customer service and were told something similar despite them still reporting. We still use Quill and still see them report to Dun & Bradstreet!
We were immediately denied at Checkout
They don't approve all accounts for Net 30 terms however upfront purchases still report as tradelines. They will show as a "cash account" on D&B
i did not see step 7 on my end. I dont have option to select d&b trade exchange program?
Hi there! Accounts opened within the last 1-2 months have not had this checkbox however tradelines still report if the purchasing criteria are met. Accounts opened prior still show the button checked off in their account settings; it is just new accounts not displaying it but you can still purchase and expect the tradeline!

Hi Crissy! If you opened an account within the last 1-2 months it likely won't have this checkbox; accounts opened prior to then still show it in their account settings. New accounts don't display it but you can still purchase and expect the tradeline as long as you follow the purchasing criteria!
