I use Bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar as my shampoo and a good deep conditioner and leave in. Then I moisturise. That works brilliantly for me. I believe less is more and experience has taught me too many experimental products can damage the hair.

Well Sandra I've had extremely short brittle hair all life, My hair has only grown passed my ears then it break off. Now that I'm embracing my grey its so dry and menopause is making it even worst. I would love to see my hair pass my shoulders but if it's not meant to be then I'm fine with that as long as I can get my Grey halo healthy and strong and moisturized. Hey Sandra I love your hair length. I watched your video on how to make the Fenugreek seeds oil and I poured a lot of peppermint oil in with my other oils concoction. Gurl I went to wash my hair as usual, then massaged the oil concoction in my scalp and 5 minutes later my scalp was so cold I thought was going to pass out. When I ran downstairs to the sink and washed my hair with warm water it soon subsided. OMG I will never do that again...😬😵😏😂😅🤦
My husband says I can't get a Lexus SUV cause its expensive to get it fixed and I cannot afford it cause the insurance will be high. Is that true? Can I call my SUV into existence Sandra? Please explain.

Hello Sandra, can I use a cream for a sealed instead of an oil on the length of my hair? My hair is not that long maybe about 4 or 5 inches, because I cut it every 8 months. It's thin in some areas. I am going to stop the cutting just to see what will happen. I'm also going to use natural products from now on my scalp because of my CCCA. Pray for my scalp to be healed 🙏
