Hi Katie, it was shocking to hear the derogatory comments about Jose, sad how there are folks out there throwing out those type of comments. You both are wonderful. Katie, any sales positon is either you're all in or not. Passive selling simply does not work. Remember the 80/20 rule. 20% of the sales folks capture 80% of the market , the remaining 80% of sales folks fight for the 20% of the market. What Jose may or may not realize is that Everything on this planet is political. To ignore the changing of the landscape ( which we are on the precipice of ) is very foolish at best. I would suggest Jose and Kate seriously research the rise of Artificial Intelligence and the upcoming economic crisis Globally but especially in the US. Human Labor is going to be dramatically affected and no longer needed, and many many professions are going to become obsolete. This is not anything new. If AI can do your job, AI WILL do your job and that especially includes someone whose job is data entry which begs the question: What does a Realtor do that A I couldn't do faster and more efficiently and at a fraction of the cost?

Realtors now are STRUGGLING & people are literally losing homes/condos for obvious reasons. Florida is not a walk in the park either.

Katie I suggest that you renew your license and find a broker to work with that will also help you to grow if that is what you want as a career. It could be your weight that turns some people off or it could be other things that you are not acknowledging. What is the feedback that you are getting from people when you do open houses or interviews for prospective customers or clients? How are you marketing yourself to stand out from other realtors? Do you have a true knowledge of the markets that you are in ? Have you networked with other realtors, brokers, and professionals in the industry? Jose you cannot just expect that because someone may have seen one of your videos that they should use you. In fact it is possible that when people listen to you in some of the videos they might be turned off by some of the things you do (not citing sources for many of your claims is one thing) Katie should have been working on networking as well as selling and she should have been doing her own videos on her own channel where she talks about the real estate market in the part of Florida where she works. I saw one about Lakewood Ranch and it was not impressive. Ask other realtors for feedback. I say this because I want to see you both succeed in life.
