Happy Rhodes live - "Fall"

Happy Rhodes, January 29, 2005 (2nd show), at the Tin Angel in Philadelphia, PA, performing her song "Fall" from her then-upcoming album Find Me (which wasn't released until September 2007).
Featuring Bon Lozaga on guitar and Hansford Rowe on bass. Drummer Bob Muller was kept at home due to a burst pipes emergency (she tells the story at the beginning of "The Chosen One").

Amazing track from an amazing singer. Good at doing covers but fantastic when singing her own work.

Terrific, but perhaps of a time past. 30 years ago, back when artists such as Joni Mitchell and Laura Nyro could get played on the radio, this would have done very well, I think. Now with the constipated radio playlists, its very tough for this kind of material. Too bad. Definitely top flight stuff.
