In fallout agility is the SPECIAL that makes you skilled with small arms, Perception just makes you more aware of your environment with the occasional critical hit during combat.
She’s a good shot capable of aiming and firing quickly and accurately she bent over, picked the gun up off the ground, aimed and fired killing the ghoul who was leaping at her. She’s usually just too trusting and doesn’t realize she needs to pull out her gun and shoot someone, like on the bridge with the fiends when Maximus had to do it for her.
@@oddish3022 for obtuce individuals like you she especially stated her disappointment with that shots. Which is, unlike you say, were pretty decent with that kind of "gun".
@@oddish3022 ah, it's thats which confused you. noone shooting from 5 feet, it is called perspective, when they filming them up close, with some lenses the background seem very close, known effect. It was like 30-40 yards no less and she almost complained about those very good shots. P is as close to 10 as you can count.
I can relate to Lucy a lot just wanting to be a good person in a fucked world and the absolute mental tax it takes on a person living in such a fucked up world where you're trying to be a good person
Why the heck did they give stats for Ma June?? Like why not give stats for Norm or the Overseer after Hank? Ya know… the two main characters of the subplot???
Yeah it’s completely random lol. They apparently also added some for the snake oil salesman as well for some reason. I get why they didn’t add the overseer since he’s a bad guy, but like you said, why not any of the other main characters?
I know why Ma June's Perception is so high, these are their SPECIAL after adjustments from gear. She wears eyeglasses and has the Four Eyes perk. Meaning her Perception is actually 5.
As someone who watched the show, I'll just say you're right one the money. Frankly, even 4 int is way too high for his character. He needs to be a 2 INT, 9 LCK. PER at 6 or 7 is also relatively accurate, but not because of aiming.
I don't agree with these at all. I'm going to give my take on the 3 main characters cause I want to explain my reasoning here. Lucy: S4, P4, E6, C5, I9, A8, L4 She was not perceptive in the slightest and you can only attribute so much of her upbringing to that. She was highly intelligent able to understand technology very intuitively. She was not strong but fast and could take a few hits but her luck was absolutely terrible considering it was one bad day after another without end for her. The Ghoul: S4, P6, E4, C6, I4, A9, L7 This guy was an absolute assassin able to duck, weave and dodge and hit specific targets with little to no effort. I don't believe he had an endurance score because he's a ghoul. They don't need to endure because they can just get back up again, per example we saw him keel over outside the mart. He didn't understand certain technical terms so the intelligence can stand and he was fairly charasmatic but being a ghoul would lower that a touch. Lastly his luck should definitely be higher, the man constantly came across things to steer him in a positive direction and he hit crits like he was blessed. Maximus S6, P6, E8, C4, I4, A7, L5 So I want to first point out Max constantly tried to use his physicality to solve problems in the show and it didn't have much of an effect so I would drop his strength to reflect that. He was perceptive within a fair margin able to recognise threats. Where Maximus really shined was in the hits he could take, he could carry bullet wounds and take punches and be fine relatively quick. He was not smart and he could never convince anyone to do what he wanted - so both and intelligence and charisma were bottom of the barrel. He had decent aim so I agree with his agility score and also his luck as he had some success in finding positive outcomes through the show. Frankly I think they just pulled those scores out of their ass or just didn't put much thought into it.
Former hollywoon actor with hundreds years of experience practicing, able to get good money, not disfigured by ghoulish transition, C less than 8? Disagree completely. Lucy, traveling wastelands with no idea at all, still surviving, not getting any bad encounters, shooting perfectly and disappointed with her shooting (it was specially mentioned for like you guys) P = 4? It's no less than 7 no questions. Max's L = 5? Ahahahaha, the guy with luck of at least 9 is 5 for you did you see the show, ahahaha)))
@@kno6ndg7 (1) Your sentence structure was confusing so I'll assume you were trying to say the pre-war version means he should be higher somewhere and we should simply ignore his ghoul appearance which would be ignorant since no one in the fallout series ignores if someone looks like a ghoul. (2) You're confusing agility with perception there I'm afraid. Agility is small guns which she uses. She is quick to react. She does not determine threats well which would be classed under perception. (3) I feel that you're still at that age where overexaggeration feels necessary to reinforce an opinion's weight which I regret to inform you - it doesn't here. I could go with you to a six or seven because I don't dispute he had some luck but you diminish the point when you lose the sell when you go over the mark like that.
yea, Norm is actually a really interesting character that we're bound to see more of. if i were to plot his SPECIAL i would go Strength - 2 Perception - 10 Endurance - 3 Charisma - 4 Intelligence - 8 Agility - 6 Luck - 6
The Ghoul would be well over level 50 after 270 years. He would have maxed out most of his skills and stats by now.
How can you max most of these stats without directly training? It is not like he lifts weights and drinks protein or does parkour.
Yeah unless they’re doing it Fallout 3 style where you can’t level up your SPECIAL stats

Cooper's charisma is definitely 8+. The line "For the TAMAYTAS!" Now lives in my head and Im fine with it.
