As a Lowes worker, our bathroom has the same style of walls. On the upside, it doesn’t have crappy Sloan fixtures. We have a modern AS Washbrook that actually has an OK flush, a Pro Flo urinal that flushes stronger than the Washbrook, and then a really poor excuse of even a knockoff of an AS Allbrook (I’m assuming it’s also a Pro Flo) that I’d honestly live without. The toilets are older Crane toilets that range from the late 80s-90s.
Considering I work at the Depot myself, I always avoid their restrooms due to NOT being clean as always and sometimes people would take a turd in the aisles here and plus these toilets easily clog and due to the sensors, they waste water too!
It's not often that you found an Afwall Toilet inside the Home Depot store. It is minimally good though. The Sloan ST-2459 Toilets are below average, and the urinals flat out suck.
This restroom is not very good in my opinion, the new afwall is junk but good in comparison to the other "toilets & urinals" in this restroom that are just downright borderline rubbish especially the "squeaky mcgarbage" toilets. Rating= Sloan urinals: 3/10 Sloan wall-mounted toilets: 4/10 Newer A-S Afwall: 5,5/10.

My Home Depot in town has all Kohler fixtures. The ADA stall door has a weird swing.
My grandma's Home Depot has Kohler too.
