I am revisiting this song months later, as I've began to write poetry and lyrics of my own. This song resonate much stronger with me now. Departing from anticipation, through hesitation and lands of disappointment, seeing doubt pass by while heading into meaninglessness. Yet on other side, I create again. Nothing's ever good enough. I chose loneliness as my pain.

New great band discovery thanks to Sven guesting. I really wish I had been able to see them on tour but I was honestly in rehab at that time listening to thier first three albums and a ton of Iris and VNV just to get through that. They will tour again sometime and I will catch them then. He is entirely too pretty and I may embarrass my wife but he has meant so much to me musically and now o have a new band to order music from. So that’s good

- you guys showing yourselves vulnerable; it comes across so well and very authentically
- that you (whoever cut the video) apparently went to the trouble of finding and inserting some Sven recordings that fit the lyrics (= you made it look like it's in lip-sync) - wow! I don't think that was easy ...

Interesting, just today I was thinking that many things are really expensive, like fame, or health, or relationships, usually means picking a poison and paying a price. And I just hear it now in the form of very intelligent lyrics. Makes one think the artist creating this song must have paid high for their fame.
Sure feels like anything worth achieving comes with a price. The hard question we have to answer is, is it worth it? Are you willing to suffer for what you want?
