I just lost my son and now live with my mother who has been ill… I haven’t stopped and my mum expects me to give my life to her. I need to heal I’m struggling I need to care for myself…. I need to tune in to process and heal as much as I can. I don’t mind helping my mum but when it’s an expectation and entitlement there is no consideration. I have been there every day when she was in hospital. I lost my son nearly 5 months ago. Not once has my mother asked me if I’m ok! Not once!

I just lost my son and now live with my mother who has been ill… I haven’t stopped and my mum expects me to give my life to her. I need to heal I’m struggling I need to care for myself…. I need to tune in to process and heal as much as I can. I don’t mind helping my mum but when it’s an expectation and entitlement there is no consideration. I have been there every day when she was in hospital. I lost my son nearly 5 months ago. Not once has my mother asked me if I’m ok! Not once!
I am so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what that must be like. I do understand about your mom, cause I'm there with you on that. If she has Medicaid or Medicare, look into getting help through them to help with her care. Also, get some help for yourself, because being a caretaker is harder than anyone can explain not to mention losing a child. ❤🙏❤️🙏
