- So this was a video I had ment to put up awhile ago but it was very pixelated and had some sound issues, I got it to a point where I think it's okay to share. Yugi's Legendary Decks are really lovely to look at and bring back so many memories (^V^)

Yeah, it was a struggle to collect these as a kid. Now they just pop out special cards like crazy.
My favorite moment in the series is when Yugi summons Slifer the sky dragon for the first time against bakura on the blimp. The music. The angles and shots. The voice acting. And slifers appearance.
Ohh, I love that scene too. Slifer is my Favorite God card and I think it's because I remember his summoning the most, his body wrapping around the blimp and another time where his body was around buildings, is just cool xD
Love the Yu-Gi-Oh content my son is 6 and likes ASMR to fall asleep to and has recently got into Yu-Gi-Oh. Thanks great vid 😁

I'm one of the rare yugioh fan that has not been introduced to the game by the anime. In fact, I still haven't watched DM enterely yet.
I remember when I came to a new school and suddenly all these cool cards were everywhere and this was one of the mandatory ways of socialization. I made my best friend this way and we still play together to this day even if we're in different countries now.
However, I did read the Manga. In fact, I started with the episodes of the Kaiba-Yugi and Marik-Yugi duels in battle city. This is the best arc of Duel Monsters I know. The duels are all fantastic.
Duellist Kingdom is pretty hard for me to watch, but Battle city will always be the pinnacle of Yu-Gi-Oh to me. 🤩
Oh I love reading this, slightly similar to how I got into Yu-Gi-Oh. I first was introduced to the card game by boys in my class and played or traded with them.
I eventually saw the anime on TV and got attached, my aunt used to watch it with me when she visited lol. What always played on TV was DK so that's why I'm so attached to that arc.
Battle city I think has one of the best duels in the entire series and some of my favorite characters, I loved Marik and his family, everyone also got good character development too.

Oh wow this is so cool! I always wanted to see an unboxing of these cards in an asmr style. The only season I fully watched was the first one and it brings back a lot of memories indeed! I always thought as well, how easy they played the game in the anime lol. I always wanted to get these cards for collection purposes but that box is really hard to get and also quite pricey, at least to me lol. Anyways great video!! 👍👍👍😁

when i was younger i got the other ver on this it had the 3 gods and I remember being so excited about getting the gods 3 blue eyes and all that this def hits me with some nostalgia aswell haha ty great video super relaxing
I love hearing everyone's stories about how they got into Yu-Gi-Oh or what things bring back nostalgia. I don't think I've ever seen the version you got but I can imagine being so happy opening that as a kid for the first time.

Exodia is limited to 1 copy of each in tournaments, I did lose to an exodia deck but that's because they played mystic mine.

@@LunarOwlASMR pretty much anything I'm more of a casual player old school player so like dark magician, blue eyes decks but I'm trying to get into the newer archtypes so I can keep up with the newer stuff.
the token thingy is because tokens aren't made to be part of a deck at all. it makes sense but I agree it is confusing lol
I have so many token cards in my collection xD I do enjoy looking at them. Gives me a chuckle reading what can and can't be used.

How much are these btw
For a first edition yugi's legendary decks from 2015 it's anywhere between $300-$800. A lot of people try to sell the reprints as first editions so becareful if you're buying. There are a few ways to tell the boxes apart, the reprint has a newer date on the box and the older box has first edition written under the cards in the pictures of the cards on the back. (It's very tiny)
