Rules clarifications:
I did not set aside the Automa's dragon and cave cards. So unfortunately could not properly score the Automa at end game. :(
For Automa, you will use 8 automa cards in the decision deck. Each round you will shuffle all 8 and remove 1 card. You do this between every round and at the beginning of the game.
An ability that lets you "lay an egg" allows you to place an egg onto any dragon with an empty nest icon or onto 1 of the 2 nest icons printed on your player mat. Each nest icon, regardless of its location, can hold 1 egg. If you do not have an empty nest icon available, then you may not lay an egg.

got the automa score for fun and you won! I counted 6 dragons (7 each), 5 caves (2 each), 15 objective points, and 4 spaces from the last brown one (1 each) for 71 points total, just shy of your 74 points. all those tucked cards of yours really paid off, was super cool to see!

Funny thing about this game is I constantly complain to my friends that “Wingspan is great but I can’t stand board games rooted in reality”. Then BOOM. I have this on preorder from my FLGS. 👍🏻

Dani, did you goto Level Up Converntion? i think it was in Jersey. not sure if it was close to you. i am seeing videos from it today.
That place was only 20 min from me, but I had some early Chinese New Year family obligations to attend to on Friday and Saturday, so that left only Sunday for me to attend. I felt it wasn't worth it. I hope it is back next year, I will try my best to attend it, if so!

Can you entice a dragon without a cave in automa? Noticed your 1st play
Yes, you can entice a dragon into any of the “starting” spaces that has a printed cave on it. The first column on the board has a cave already printed on each of the 3 rows.
