Another new invention from @Çakal Lezzetler. It looks like kokorec as you can't imagine until you try it. Not only the taste, but also the texture and mouth feel are the same.
Let me give you an average size, but you don't have to comply. The important thing is to have enough eggs for the solids to float a little in the egg.
5/3 Minced Ground/Boiled Rice ratio seems to be sufficient. I found the most complicated fraction to explain :) .
Spices are very important. It's even better with butter.
Recipe dimensions:
250 g minced meat
Half cup of boiled rice
2-3 eggs
Mix them all and cook by turning over high heat. Let some of the rice pop, some stay soft.
Press cumin, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and enjoy.
