Kayfabe is worthless when someone is legitimately injured. You can check on them and still make it look like you hate their guts. We're all here for entertainment. Nobody wants to see a match end due to injury. Nobody wants to see a storyline end due to injury. Nobody wants to see a dream match lost due to injury. More importantly, nobody wants to see someone seriously injured. I'd rather see the Heel of all Heels stop the match to make sure his opponent gets help than to continue to beat the hell out of him.

A lot of guys have said Brock has always checked on guys if he thinks they might need injured. He has even gone up to guys and checked if they were ok with taking moves like the F5 before the match or spots. I forgotten the guys name. But their was a spot a couple of years ago. Where there was a wrestler on commentary. Brock was supposed to go up to the commentary box as he had a problem with the commentators. The wrestler on commentary was supposed to stand up to Brock. Then Brock was supposed to F5 him through the commentary table. The guy said before the show. Brock went up to him and checked if he was OK doing the spot and asked did he want to change it and the Wrestler/Commentator said he was OK doing it. I just checked he was known as Madden and then when he joined Retibution they changed him to Mace.

Jericho was also fantastic during Raw's first TLC match in 2002. He noticed almost immediately that Bubba Ray was seriously injured and practically carried the match by himself. With so much going on in the match it could have been a disaster. Growing up I never paid Jericho his due and despised his character but that just speaks volumes to how good of a performer he truly is, and I'll always hold him in high regard for that.
I'll add one. Samoa Joe and Seth Rollins. When Rollins blew his ACL out and Joe had him in the Kokina Clutch, you could hear Joe say to him "You ok?" and Seth replies "Hope so..." before Joe cinches in the Clutch a little more.
It wasn't directly part of this list as well and you showing a brief clip of it but Jericho checking on Neville like that was a class act on his part. Despite being a major heel at the time, Jericho intentionally got himself DQed by pushing the ref (the ref didn't get the message) and you can even hear Jericho yell out to the ref that Neville's hurt.

The closest I’ve seen to an actual break was a match between Austin and Angle in which Angle took a pile driver on the concrete. EMTs came out, Angle was put on a stretcher, and Austin is seen pacing back and forth, playing it off like he wanted to attack but the look on his face clearly said he was concerned.

Jericho got Bubba tagged out and the pulled him down to from the apron for the rest of the match till he could get medical attention.

What about Triple H at Wrestlemania 27? After his match with The Undertaker, it was obvious that The Undetaker was injured. Triple H got out of the ring and when he noticed that The Undertaker was having difficulty moving went back to check on him. The camera's microphone clearly caught the referee telling Triple H to got back to the locker room so not to break character.

What about Triple H at Wrestlemania 27? After his match with The Undertaker, it was obvious that The Undetaker was injured. Triple H got out of the ring and when he noticed that The Undertaker was having difficulty moving went back to check on him. The camera's microphone clearly caught the referee telling Triple H to got back to the locker room so not to break character.
