If you have an activision account then don't delete your game without logout because if you do that your email will get disconnected with game
And you will lose your account
So logout first then delete
I tried this thing with 4 different accounts
One was my personal which I had deleted for exams and lost it and other 3 just for experiment

Nah doesn't happen to me. If you linked your account to facebook, activision etc. then you will be able to log back in as long as you remember your account and password correctly
