Did you guys hear that Taemin cried at the fanmeet yesterday? (i think it was yesterday) people who went said he was so overwhelmed with support that he started crying and they had to stop for five minutes bc he was sobbing and he couldnt stop ;~; a lot of fans were crying too and the managers comforted him so they could start up again TT You can really tell just from that how nervous he was for this debut ;; and he probably heard a lot of the negative comments people were saying TTTTT and was really glad that so many people came to support him ;;

I KNOW! Half the comments for the MV are along the lines of, "He's copying Jaejoong" or "SM is trying to make him another Jaejoong." It really gets on my nerves. Like, I probably don't have the 'right' to say this since I don't really follow JYJ, but I honestly cannot see much similarites >.< It's like in that episode of Kids React To Kpop, when the children saw 2NE1's 'I Am The Best' and they were like, "They're copying Lady Gaga!" similarities are not musical,,, although they have a very unique sound of their voices, its visual. the way he walks, puts his body, not dancing, dancing has pure MJ feel.

OMG THANK YOU! You said everything I've been thinking. This solo is nothing like Jaejoong, this is basically Lee Taemin paying tribute to his ultimate inspiration, the king himself, Michael Jackson. Taemin honestly deserves this more than almost anyone if not everyone in SM and people need to get off his back because he worked his butt of for 6 years to achieve this dream and now he finally has it and we "true shawols" are proud of him for it.

Dude, I've loved SHINee since 2008 but I haven't listened to them in a while. Just new groups come and steal my attention. I don't consider myself a Shawol anymore, but I was at one point and I feel you guys when I say I AM SO PROUD. He used to the little boy with the replay bowl cut who got zero lines and was only used for dance breaks and now LOOK AT HIM!! This was an amazing debut as a solo artist UGH. I was praying to everything Holy that Cortney would survive that MV. I'm surprised she actually made it through. Even though I'm a late Shawol (2013), I'm still so proud and happy to see Taemin have his time to shine. For some strange reason when I heard of Taemin's solo I thought about Seungri. Out of everyone in BB, some people just weren't checking for him like that. Once he had his solo, you can see that he can stand on his own.
