The original song has a lot of meaning to it for me personally, as I grew up listening to the local oldies station. This was a song they played every night as they signed off in tribute to the original announcer at the station. Every day at the same time. Happy or sad I listened to it every night before going to bed. To hear it like this, is just extra oof. Makes it even more special realizing it was played at Brony Bash two weeks ago. Absolutely fantastic. I think this has just about the same effect on me as Chant of Immortality.

Third time listening + understanding the lyrics in detail, WOW ISN'T THIS JUST BEAUTIFUL. Awesome job with the lyrics, relating how Twilight was first advised to make friends other than just focusing on her studies. The Season 1 episode 1 & 2 memories all came back in just a single 8-minute song.
