I really want Kass to be in the DLC, but I'm not sure if they will. Nintendo will probably just include a backstory of Astor, and being able to play as Astor and Sooga.
How about a Fi's Endurance Test where it's a simple set of puzzles that interconnect yet Fi keeps popping up to get in your way telling about everything around you even pointless crap! You can shut her up at any time by hitting the MUTE but you fail the timed test if you do so.
King Dorephan was up, if you watched chapter 2 of Mipha's recruitment. For DLC concerning characters, I bet we'll see Sooga, Astor, Robbie and Purah, with Story DLC about them. For costumes the divine beast armor for the champions would be nice, along with Impa and Zelda's outfits from the original Hyrule Warriors.
The blights and harbinger ganon have too many chances to become playables(enemy versions of playable characters move and act differently than other bosses, and it's the case for the blights and harbinger ganon. They also don't drop certificate and are the only "monsters" presented with a title, exactly like other important characters)

I'm pretty sure Impa just uses old Shiekah Techniques that most if not all Shiekahs know but I don't have any proof for that
