I'm so happy to see Elena has combos. About her taunts, are you referring to her taunt in 3rd Strike where she can damage the opponent and end with a handstand? Seems like they didn't put that in this game... Also, she has 10 different phrases, but only 3 animations for her taunts.
Doopliss Uhm, when you "crumple", like a normal level 2 focus attack, you can dash forward and attack the opponent still standing. Light attack KO does that and Desk did a RFA immediately before the KO so when the RFA went out, it did another crumple with Seth still standing.

Before Ultra SFIV, we never had a move that crumples as fast as RFA; normal focus attack couldn't crumple on level 1, so using it post-KO would knock them over. With RFA, we can now crumple post-KO.
Un1234l I did some more testing, and it seems like crumpling moves indeed are the exeption to the "knocks down on KO"-rule, I guess since it's one of the possible post KO reactions.
I need some B&B combos for her if she's ever going to be of use to me. As it is I tried to use her and she did nothing but tick me off at how unsafe her everything is. She was easier to use in SF3...

i've picked elena day one, and i love using her. only problem is that i end up using EX Rhino horn and slide to deal with projectiles, and i kinda prefer to have meter in case of emergency. other than that, some setups i've found are downright vicious (on par with some of tekken's hi-lo natural built in combos).
Her animations were designed for a game with chains, so of course they look a bit wonky when they're allowed to animate in full. I hoped Capcom might have them up a bit for USFIV but what are you going to do.
Elena sucks, though. Actually, it's amazing how they managed to make all the new characters suck, with the exception of Rolento (and maybe, just maybe, Decapre too).

decapre's one of the best in the game xD overhead, gimmicks, shoryuken, solid damage, air grab. Lots of tools for a charge character
