    Hi Yair,
I have done some research on this one as I do this every day also and get a lot of benefits. I am an acupuncturist in Canada and what I can tell you is that the research I did on the sequence said that the movements work on the 12 main channels. The movement where you are bending forward with arms outstretched in front activates the Liver channel, the movement with arms to the sides at an angle activates Large Intestine channel, the move with one leg kicking in front=Stomach channel.

    Hi
Can anybody help me please? I'm practicing this form daily for a few months, and keep getting great benefits from it, both on the physiological and spiritual levels, while enjoying it very much.
I only learned it from UA-cam videos. I know the movements by heart and watched the videos closely for getting any possible nuance.

I want to understand it better for getting greater benefits. I found a document in English saying the movement does not preformed in synchronization with the breath but with visualization of the Chi moving through the channels. can anybody tell me please what are the names of the movement and which channels / organs / centers each movement related to?

These are good questions. The movements we see here are only the skeletal movements. The QiGong movements are not seen. This requires in-person instruction.
