You're dropping the Baron a bit far from the base tower in the game vs Hogger. Placing closer would make Hogger take the full tower damage and save precious life on Baron.
I think Murlocs would be better in the cycle slot. The extra damage is more likely to be relevant, while Quillboar generally does his job of drawing aggro and killing miners/bubble Murlocs regardless of level.

Yeah I get a bit nervous about hogger area swipe range though, this is safer for my boomer timing skills
