I disagree. He has no attack recovery. The only thing you can do to get him to stop moving is with stun characters, pallet stuns, ballooning, or pallet breaking (hullabaloo mains will not break a pallet..) not only that but he can jump over obstacles extremely fast and moves very fast. you have NOWHERE to go. kite him before you play him and say he's not good. i'm a galatea main and i go against galatea's that are 10x better than i am and kite them terribly, because they simply play better. hullabaloo needs a nerf or rework.
i never said he wasn't good i just said i dont think he will be as good as goatman or ivy. I think he is good but I also still think most people dont know how to play against him yet. i can agree that his no attack recovery can be annoying and thats why i said in the video they should slow him or make it so that he can put any balls on a survivor for like 10 seconds.
that is exactly how I feel about him. like i think once his has max presence he can be solid but that first chase is very important, if he cant get the person down quick enough then he suffers a lot. and if you are a character like seer and you save at end game it can be a game changer

he is such a draw hunter no cihper pressure and easy to rescuse against for end game
