It just seems obvious really. He's an artist through and through. I'm not surprised he can draw just as well as he can sculpt.

Generally speaking, drawing skills are still necessary for sculpture. You can't really work without a good sketch at least, unless you're like a one in a million genius visionary maybe and you confidently jump straight to the sculpt. Or maybe you just wanna experiment and don't have an end plan. But yeah, the drawing's really cool too.

Seriously, this is better than anything I've ever seen on a store shelf. The likeness is absolutely incredible. The old McFarlane figures of Metallica with Jason are the closest I can compare to, and I think this sculpt is even better than those.
