Is there any advice you can give on starting out working for programs doing this type of analysis? I currently work at a D2 school and I’ve been doing well with concepts with formulas/algorithms but I’m more asking if there’s anything you wish you’d known at a younger age that you feel would be useful to know at the beginning of a career
take the time to evaluate if what you do actually works by retroactively analyzing your incoming information.
If I add after a new players is there a need to redo the formula or does it make it automatically?
