  • You know how to play the improv games Word-at-a-time story, right? Right. Each person contributes a single word in sequence to tell a story. It's a perfect activity to talk about collaboration, control, being present as well as serving the big idea.
Here is a storytelling variation. Each person in the circle says one word for the first time around, then for the second round they say w words, then 3 and 4. At the end of the 4th round, each person contributes 3 words then 2 then 1. And the story ends on the last round of the last round.

I've never heard of this variant! I'm going to play it with my F2 class in a couple weeks, I'll let you know how it goes.
