I think it pays to have units in College. If I’m not mistaken he is an incoming Junior in college before he joined Dream Maker. Vinci is smart and stays focus on whatever the topic is. Also he has that aura of kindness. Stay grounded Vinci and best of luck!
It was his last year in college before Vinci joined the dream maker. before auditioning he asked and consult it to his mom and according to him it feels like his mom really want him to take this opportunity and risk to stop his college life for that is a rarely opportunity. And I also saw a conversation of him with his friend that he jokingly says that he wanted to go to Korea so he will grab that chance to audition. And his mom also shared that Vinci also jokingly ask her that he will audition so his almost nearing broken shoes will be changed to a new if he'll be included. hehe
The very first time i heard him talk, i fell in love with his diction and pronunciation. I never heard a guy in the industry with such confident enunciation. Also, he always looks neat and clean, smells fresh and fragrant...i loved him...

You actually have a point there but if I were MLD, I would do the same - strike while the iron is still hot. Just like Enhypen, Hori7on is not a typical boy band because they already have a big fanbase during Dream Maker days. Enhypen has also established their fanbase during their I-Land days. MLD might have realized that fans may become disinterested if you keep them waiting. So that's what happened I suppose.
