If U exceed the Annual Allowance and incur the Tax Charge does the Inland Revenue let U know ?
In other words if U are in a DB scheme and complete a Tax Return and claim DC Tax relief on the Tax Return and hear nothing can U assume U have not exceeded the £40,00 limit ?
