    Pulls, squats and overall back strength is feeling great at the moment. Kickstarted with the Sika Pull program two years ago and currently getting ideas from the most recent videos. Much love lads. Keep up the good work!

    I wouldn’t say speed pulls are useless Just a bad speed pull is useless and that’s not exclusive to just that exercise either as a lot of people will also butcher regular pulls and high pulls😅
