I love this warehouse man, this is my dream! I currently have a 1600 sq foot shop with embroidery & screen printing. My goal is to expand and have a space for photo shoots, and also have a recording studio just like this ! The day will some soon.
my advice or two cents if youll have it...dont expand too fast. I did. I went from home based to 1300 ft to 5000 ft to 11000 ft in in 3 years. the possibility to be profitable is there and i was! But I started hating it, hating an industry i loved. Mostly because i was chasing work through covid but also because i was no longer doing my own shit. Im back in a garage now. I sold off almost everything. it gave me a nest egg and a way to work solely on my own brands. suddenly im personally invested again. I wanted to be huge....and I was wrong
