Can't even describe how much i love this song but personally, I prefer the original one more because that version is a little bit slow for my taste, but honestly he has a good voice too
Ran into this version a few weeks ago after watching your reaction to the original which I hadn't heard in 25 or 30 years.

Hey Mace. I want to suggest something that might be controversial. "Ayeh" by Afghan singer Mojgan Azimi. You can also find translation on the internet. It's about misogyny and child marriage in 3rd world countries. It's a very powerful song. BE WARNED though, it features murder of a child and you also might get some negative reaction from sensitive and/or misogynistic viewers, so it's completely understandable if you don't want to do it.
