I think your underestimating her sub dps/skill dmg at c6 it hits pretty hard and has overall more dmg than her infusion since it only last 6 hits while the skill lasts her whole burst duration and has buffed c6 Yae levels of dmg
You could swap to hydro damage bonus since she’s C6 :3

True, but her C6 in Ousia state provides heal and damage at the same time unlike the Pneuma that only heals and 6s or 6 hits of high hydro DMG.
