- Rohit Singh is a Research Scientist at CSAIL at MIT. His interests broadly lie in the area of computational biology. He is especially excited about leveraging machine learning to develop precision diagnostics and therapeutics. Towards this, he is working to develop methods for diagnosing disease mechanisms, identifying potential drug targets, and designing therapeutic interventions. Among the projects he is currently working on are algorithms for analyzing multimodal single-cell data and inferring regulatory mechanisms. He has also been enamored with the power of protein language models and am using them for predicting protein interactions, drug interactions and designing antibodies.
