Where is your gym?
When I go to the gym, I see allot of guys skipping cardio. Big mistake if you are training to fight.
Fatigue makes cowards of us all.

You can 100% tell when someone has trained to fight vs. someone who has just trained to be strong. Locked elbows when swinging, hands below the shoulder plane, and using an extended arm in an effort to guard the shot.
Meanwhile, the other fight kept his composure, stayed light on his feet, and only delivered shots when he had a chance, not just marching forward and tossing wild shots.
Muscles couldn’t even throw a punch 😅
