The strictness level is low probably

Suspension Geometry:
Set the front and rear camber angle.
Camber affects tyre contact patch during cornering.
Too much negative camber can lead to excessive tyre wear.
Suspension Setup:
Fine-tune suspension settings.
Adjust ride height, spring stiffness, and damping.
Balance between responsiveness and stability.
Final Adjustments:
Make any necessary tweaks to achieve desired performance.
Consider factors like track layout, weather, and driving style.
Lowering the front aero a few points below the rear and adjusting both front and rear wing angles together can help fine-tune the car’s handling. Faster tracks may require lower aero levels, while slower tracks might need a higher aero setup
The rear wing helps balance the car by providing downforce at the rear, improving traction and stability.
Adjusting the rear wing angle affects top speed on straights and overall grip in corners.

Tips
Even having just a wheel a pedals connected to a desk is better than controller or keyboard and is probably better for learning to drive since you sit like in a regular car whereas F1 drivers basically lie down
Do time trial for a couple of hrs to learn the tracks and get comfortable with handling.
Try staying on the line since that’s the fastest way around
Turn off some assists
I recommend keeping all of them that you have on right now on until you set up the wheel except you can set TCS to full if you can’t control it
Start with turning off the racing line ( you remember points on the track where you start braking ex: braking boards, kerbs, advertising boards) Try driving tracks on time trial at maybe 50-60% speed and keep increasing speed every lap and if you don’t make the corner redo the corner but brake a bit earlier until you make it and remember where you started braking
Then you can work on turning of ABS. Basically you have to release the brakes gradually as you slow down since you get less grip from the areo at slower speeds. Think like you have X units of grip. You can use grip to turn and brake (when you enter the corner) braking and turning use a certain amount of grip depending on how hard you brake and how much you turn. If the amount of grip you use turning and braking is more then X then you lock up. So you have to manage the amount of grip you use by letting of the brake as you start slowing down and/or slow down.
TCS is almost the same as ABS but you accelerate instead of braking. You have to start low throttle and make your way to full throttle as you gain grip and use less for turning. Instead of trying to not locking up you try to not make your tires spin too much.
Basically practice is most important but I recommend learning them in that order and not doing them at the same time. That’s how I learned it. Then you also don’t want to use too much force feedback and practicing ERS management aka using it at the right time and saving it at the right time. Good luck and hope this helps anyone trying to remove assists I also recommend how to videos from F1 UA-camrs such as Tmdkmarduk and Jaron Opmeer and if anyone wants I can make a video about it but I only have 21 and 22 not 23 and 24 but it’s the same principles
Also try setting the difficulty so that you are +/- 5tenths to your teammate since then you should be not flying past everyone and not being so slow that you can’t compete.
Also putting damage higher will help you not go for the overly aggressive moves that can make bad habits and not sending it will help with racecraft and awareness.
If you play full or short quali then you can have multiple laps so that if you mess up then you can go again
Remember “Slow in Fast out” as in it’s better to go faster at the exit then the entry Ex: instead of going braking so late and not hitting the apex, if you brake maybe 50m earlier then you can hit an early apex and get on the power earlier letting you go faster on the straights where you will make up the time you lose on the entry but earn more time on long straits. Turning of racing line will help.
Try also watching videos about overtaking/ defending strategies as well
also try turning track limits to strict making you having to learn racecraft even more
For setups you can load other people’s setups so just find one with good ratings and basically wings is the most important so if you want to turn more (Monaco, Hungary and any track that you have to turn a lot) but then you go slower on straits. If you want speed (Canada, Monza and tracks with long straits) then you can turn less. For most tracks you have to find a balance where between speed and cornering, if you are to slow then you can lower wings a little and vice versa.

You should use Hard tyres more in race cuz its best race tyre in game & it provides a lot of traction,grip (u can use it on 2nd stint)

Compared to what I have watched in the 1st episode, I am pretty sure he has set the AI difficulty lower than 60 after that. The AI cars seems to be much slower.

At first, I didn't like this series because I am not a huge F1 fan and I like Sid's EA FC 24 videos more that is the reason why I like his videos coz they are so unique and he is the king of career mode, but I won't lie I have fallen in love with this series, I hope Sid continues this F1 series✊✌
