FORMER PREMIER PROF. APOLLO NSIBAMBI REMEMBERED

President Yoweri Museveni has said that it was befitting that Uganda should thank the Almighty God for the life and legacy of former Prime Minister Prof. Apollo Nsibambi, who was a true embodiment of the virtues of integrity, discipline, honesty and patriotism.
The President also said Nsibambi will always be remembered for his faithfulness to the call of duty who exercised diligence in the execution of his work with humility and selflessness while serving his motherland Uganda noting that he was steadfast on the issues of socio-economic transformation and the development of Uganda and Africa.
This was contained in a message, delivered on his behalf by Vice President Major Jessica Alupo during a thanksgiving and memorial service in memory and honor of Prof Apollo Nsibambi at St. Paul’s Cathedral Namirembe for.
