regarding Canada doing musical theatre, that's not really true. it's just this school that does all musical theatre, because a large majority of the members are in the school's musical theatre arts program. :) so they do what they're good at. I would say in general Canadian show choir is in general fairly "Glee" because that's why a lot of the show choirs started here. Some groups, such as this one, isn't as Glee. aka we do a lot of pop songs, maybe a couple of "indie/not as well known/niche" songs

Gotcha. I'm just glad to see more competitive show choirs appearing all over the world!
