I don’t understand how anyone could give Miss Helen a thumbs down. A true southern belle. Gentle and kind. Hard working and willing to share her gifts with whoever may need them. Does beautiful work. And if there’s a “lull” in the video we get the lovely sound of sweet singing birds. This is peace at its best. Awesome.
I'm not sure what that recipe calls for...6 concrete, 6 and 6 is12 sand?...I can figure it out, but let me know when she makes a rum cake! She is simply delightful.
I just showed this video to my father-in-law, hoping that we can do a business together from home. He is elderly and disabled, and as his caretaker full-time since the pandemic, I’ve been trying to find more ways that we can keep his spirits high ❤
People who put thumbs down.how old are you all,can you you lift that cement leaf.,do you know how heavy that is. She is doing a great job by teaching us how to keep our self occupied.may be you all know how to criticise people than appreciating them.what sh has done is so beautiful.learn from her.
There are haters everywhere. Isn't it sad they have to criticize everything. Nobody forced you to watch this video. If you didn't like it just turn it off.
I fell in love with her, when she said "this beautiful day the Lord has made...," We need more content from our elders, so that knowledge is passed on. I picked up important details for my project because she didn't ff or rush through her process. Thank you Ms. @helen wyatt.
Same here she is amazing, I wish these young children these days would value EVERYTHING our elders passed on , my grandparents are gone and missed dearly but I know the stuff they taught me was out of love. Folks aren't going to steady try to steer ya wrong they lived through this all, they pass it on out of love. I try to tell my children that often. Also these projects she's teaching could bring extra money in incase it's ever needed. You have a blessed day too M.Holiday. from Michigan
I know just how you feel I miss my grandmother to that old gal new things that I only dream about knowing she was quite a lady if I'm half the woman she was I'll be really good
I love love love it! I'm 74 and still going strong with painting murals, epoxy resin painting of tables, etc., making slipcovers for outdoor furniture, etc. I'm raising my 13 year old grandson, playing tennis 3 times a week, learning to surf, etc. Stay busy and active -- it's what keeps Helen and me young!
You’re lucky that you’ve been able to hold on to your health. I agree that the way to stay young is by keeping active. But those of us with disabilities have a hard time doing that. I’m really going to make an effort though to do what I can so my last few years will be my best! Thanks for the encouragement!-Susan
One picture is really worth a thousand words. She doesn’t spend needless time enjoying her own voice. She shows exactly what should be done. Admire her for just the idea of working with cement.
There are people on this earth that just make you feel loved, safe, encouraged, and at peace just by talking and being themselves. That is a God-given talent.
Jessica, you stated it perfectly. Miss Helen just speaks so softly and honestly that we, as viewers, feel 🥰 loved, safe, encouraged and at peace, just listening to her. That is a gift from our Heavenly Father. Cheers Y’all from Oklahoma!
The sound of the wind chimes, GA insects & birds on a summer day, dog barking, & Helen's voice made watching this so nice. Love how the elephant ear bird bath turned out!!
Dear Helen, you have given me so much inspiration. I have worked in the arts my entire career and have just retired at 57. I was very worried that I would not be to continue working on large projects as I am getting older …I now watch you every morning as you give me so much joy and inspiration… I hope to be just like you …always making, always discovering. Love Amanda
She is an inspiration to me! Living proof that even though you're older you're still viable, beautiful and have much to offer to this world. We can all learn from her that kindness is much better than hating. Applause Helen applause!
Dear Helen, Your voice and down to earth personality your calmness is what We all needed at this time, And not only I everyone that comes to you Loves you so much.

I couldn't stop smiling with tears the whole time.It turned out so beautiful. Beauty from Beauty. A wonderful project. Thank you my dear Helen. Through you I can feel love again...
Amie V., This video came out of nowhere from UA-cam recommendations. The way I see it, UA-cam recommendations is not what you want, but what you need.😉. I needed Helen’s grace in my life today.
Helena this video was awesome my next project will be a birdbath but I donot have elephant ears I may have to steal one somewhere just joking about stealing thankyou again for sharing sincerely Miss Linda.🙂♥️
Helen is still applying the cement and I'm already planning my own. She is such a lovely woman and just listening to her has put me at peace to begin my day. This video shows to be 3yrs old and I pray she is still creating beauty and calm.
Helen reminds me of my own mother who wasn't afraid to take on life's challenges. " Inspirational" and "brave" are words that come to mind. Don't ever slow down, Helen!
I think of my mom who was born 2 months premature in a horse drawn wagon in the 20s. Inspirational and brave describe her but the description of her I most use is a tough old battle axe. Well. I am substituting battle axe for the real word I use. She never showed fear of anything. Not a skunk in the chicken house or even a violent human. She was the best mom ever. Today is mother's day 2021 and she is so on my mind. We lost her in 1990. My daughter reminds me so much of my mom. Shows no fear. 5' nothin and not afraid of an attacking pit bull or a 6'5" man trying to force his way into our house. Those men are afraid of her!!!!
☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️See-ment☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ That’s the cutest thing I’ve heard! I can tell you, those suckers are heavy! We bought a much smaller one at fundraiser for kids going on a missions trip!! This looks is just amazing! How did she get it to turn green? oh BAHAHAHAHA!!! that’s the plant 🌱 itself still. It’s been a long lock down and I guess I lost some brain cells, in the last four months!!❤️🧡💛 I love the color she picked for this one!! 🍁 🍃 🍁 🌱
Helen, you are the cutest, sweetest, and strongest woman! The birdbath is just gorgeous...and I love the idea of the fall colors. You are an inspiration!

What a beautiful young soul! God is truly in your life!! I so enjoy watching someone much older than me being creative ... it's what WILL keep you young. I watch a lot of video too Helen and I love crafting! So what if it doesn't come out perfect at least I tried and enjoyed doing it. There are NO mistakes in crafting! 💗
Helen, you have inspired me with your beautiful piece of art. My concrete bird bath desperately needs a make over and now I cant wait to get started on doing something creative. Thank you for sharing your talent. Your sweet voice is so beautiful and has a calming effect. I can’t wait to watch more of your videos.👏👏👏👏💞💞💞💞
Thank you, dear Helen, for being the wonderful person you are. You are truly a blessing for us all with your sweetness and talent and all the beautiful things you make and share with us.
This video took me back to my childhood. Helen reminds me so much of my own grandmothers. I love that she does fun projects like these and films them❤️ being creative gives us life. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this!
I really want to visit, eat pecan cookies and drink lemonade, that's how I think of GA :) A beautiful yard and a beautiful person. I loved the project.
I watched this again after having watched many months ago. Helen, It's beautiful! Thank you for your videos. You make it all fun, the way it's supposed to be, and I also love the birds all around you singing. Lovely!
I watched you make several years ago- it was so enjoyable and now that its finished I could look at it and touch its beauty. For hours I love the colors that you put in it ! I have some Black Elephant Ears coming up now they really multiplied but not true black... phoey. :-)
Helen I went looking for this 4 years later as I remembered how outstanding it was. Any specialty garden shop would be lucky to sell something like this.
Helen i love every thing you do. You are the first person i fine on. My phone in the morning where can i find a large leaf to make the bird bath. You are such a nice person wish i could be like you
You are a “national treasure” Helen…..I think this is one of my favorite videos to date….and how right you are….it’s absolutely beautiful….just like you!!! Sending warm hugs and blessings back at you!!! 💕
my dad just sent me a link to this video and it was a delight of all delights! when I first saw you cut that leaf I thought it would be lovely to imagine being a small creature using it as an umbrella, like in a fairy tale. your space looks like a fairy tale all on its own! it came out absolutely lovely, like a burst of color. thank you for sharing your art with the world!! 💗
This is my favorite video that Helen makes from a giant leaf! Then turns into a cement bird bath! Then she paints it so beautiful! Love this video!!!❤️💜🫅🏼🥳
Your Autumn colored birdbath is truely BEE U TI FUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And so are you for taking the time to show us how you made it in detail! Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!! You are a true gift to mankind!!!
I am without words. This is not a bird bath. This is truly a work of art. I enjoyed the lesson, the birds, the plants and the wind chime. Most of all I loved Ms. Helen’s hospitality!! God bless you forever!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
First time watching and thoroughly enjoyed this video! Helen is an artist-wow, she is so inspiring on so many levels. She is the type of person you want to be around-always seeing the positive in everything, and seeing the glory of God all around this beautiful world!
It gladden my heart when I see a person of accumulated wisdom do such wonderful and creative things. Helen, you are an inspiration to all of us . Thank you and God bless you. Camen from Hollywood Florida.
It has been a long time remembering when I have enjoyed anything so much as Miss Helen's video. I can't wait to make the bird bath and I am going to try the pot I saw in the other video. This is my first time here and I am so grateful to have found you, Miss Helen.
Miss Helen, that is the prettiest bird bath I have ever seen. Those sweet little birdies will be so happy to bathe in there and you will be so proud and happy to watch them. God sure blessed you with a talent to work with cement the way you do. I'm in Calif and don't have my granny anymore so I really do enjoy watching your videos. It's so sad the way you suffered with covid but the good Lord brought you thru it. I hope you don't have too many problems in the future because of covid. I am 64 and I live with my 91 year old mother. I showed her one of your videos over a year ago and she really enjoyed it. It's nice to have such an uplifting video like you make when I get down and have a bad day. They cheer me right up. God bless you Helen (& your family) and thank you for all you do for your fans. We all love you! ❤️
OM Goodness darlin! That turned out so beautifully 😍 As an artist who has not quite jump started herself, you inspired me! Thank you❣ I'm going to make that birdbath for myself. I have a beautiful elephant leaf plant in my yard. I'm from Northern California. I'll send you a picture once I complete it ❤💋🥰
Helen, please walk us around your yard. It looks so beautiful. I would love fir you to show us all your yard all the way around and down your driveway. You have so many cute things everywhere. Ok good night Hugs Liz
Helen I've been watching you for some time now . You are an inspiration to me and everyone who sees you. I am 67 and always loved crafting but got away from it a few years back thinking I just don't have the time. Bless you and your talent and your wonderful love of life!! You've given me the spark back to learn from your videos. God bless you!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
@ruth campbell yes Helen, I would love to see the rest of your beautiful garden. You're a wonderful lady and very creative. Loved the birdbath. Thanks for the video, I just might try it myself. But really, show us the rest if your garden! God bless.
helen wyatt was Just looking through you tube and ran across your video....OMG! That is remarkable! You are a very talented individual or you were a wonderful artist in another life. You have definitely got a new subscriber!!
Wow that's a great idea and I'm sure they would as many times as I have heard her beautiful voice say Portland Cement! I am going to do a little checking on that one for her myself and Miss. Helen, I will be in touch as I can! God bless you always, as you bless us so very much!
Girl, you are amazing. You taught me how to make a base and to pull the PVC pipe center post 4" up from the bottom of the mold so I don't have to fight pulling the pipe out of the base. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️⭐⭐🇺🇸
"Gooood morning! I`m Helen from Giorgia and I`m out here this early morning, a beautiful morning that the Lord has made...". LOL... Is there any possibility that you get greeted in a nicer way? I doubt it :))) Wonderful video, Helen! Thank you very much! Bless you :)
Absolutely fantastic !, I’ve been wanting to find some creative projects to do while fighting Covid lockdown boredom and bingo, here comes Helen to the rescue. I’m 70 but I’m still strong enough to stir cement! I’m in Jamaica and we have beautiful breadfruit and banana leaves that will be great for a project like this. Thanks much
Helen, thanks for sharing, and btw, I finshed a cup of coffe with you this morining. Your place looks charming. God is Joy and not matter what your faith, if you don't have joy you have nothing. Bless you and everyone for that matter.
Helen! You’re awesome, beautiful, passionate, talented, funny and creative all in one ! Your birth bath is so beautiful, gorgeous and unique! God bless you !
Helen, you are a real true artist in every sense of the word, so inspiring for everyone who watches what you do, I am sure in your home town you are an absolute LEGEND.....thank you for all these wonderful videos, please dont ever stop doing them, I am watching from Perth, Western Australia
My husband wants to make a unique, birdbsth/fountain as my Mother's Day present. I SAY PERFECTLY BLESSED! Thank you sister. Love the crickets in the background sound. Please let someone do the heavy lifting and carrying .
I love the way you say cement. Your southern accent is delightful!! I love your bird baths. You have created a beautiful sanctuary for yourself and all of the wonderful creatures that come to visit!!!
Words of wisdom Helen. "You never know what you can do until you try." EXACTLY! Most people never try and that in itself is a tragedy and a recipe for mediocrity. Great job!!! I like your sign "My peaceful place". I just put in a garden yesterday and I want to call it "My little piece of Heaven". It really is.
I have just shared this video with my adult daughter (she will be 50 next week) who has Covid and feeling very poorly, here in Melbourne, Australia. She does pottery when she is well, in her spare time, and I know, like me, she will appreciate your amazing creativity! Thank you! Inspirational!
Absolutely amazing. The world is in lockdown at this time. Having watched your beautiful art work on the bird bath leaf, I’m feeling lifted and blessed. You are an inspiration xx. All my love Ann in England x
Ann Moden I too am in England and this WAS such an inspirational video to watch. What a blessing too that we found this at such a trying time. Feeling that always, life is good, if one knows where to look. ❤️🙏
Helen, I love your your birdbath..but most of all, I love your tenacity to get it done, and the surprise and delight in your voice when you got the leaf off. You are a prize!! I could watch you all day. You inspire me to try!!
I Love Ms. Helen's soothing voice. This looks like she's icing a cake. I will be trying this soon. Thank you so much for sharing your gifts with the rest of us. 💗
Helen, I'm so impressed with your thoughtful creativity! You've inspired me to make a bird bath for my back yard. I need to head to the hardware store to buy the necessary tool so I can try to create a work of art of my own. You are so patient and you take your time to do the job right! Your bird bath is gorgeous and I love the paint colors you chose. It makes me think you were an art major in college. You are so gracious and classy, very inspiring. I hope I'm as strong as you are to be able to pick up the bird bath once it's dry so I can turn it over and paint it. You have Herculean strength. Thank you.
Just beautiful work Helen! You are an incredible inspiration! The most incredible bird bath I have ever seen....and I bet the birds think so too! Thank you for sharing with us all!
🌻Good morning Miss Helen and a warm hello from germany. I am in the town where Phönix and Heidelberg cement comes from in germany. Your birdbath is just lovely. Good job 👍. I am moving to a new hause later on this year , there I have room in the garden and I am ging to try to make a birdbath from your video. I am ging to use a Rhubarbleaf. Oh what fun. I am looking forwort to it. Thank you so much for sharing the Video. Take good care and stay safe. 👍🌻
Dearest Miss Helen, would you be able to show us where you placed your beautiful, amazing Elephant Ear bird bath? I'd love to see your gorgeous red bird who lives in your garden, playing in the water in that great work of art! Much love & many blessings to you!
Love the birdbath and as I was watching the video and admiring your garden, I saw birds in the background, enjoying what seemed to be a leaf shaped feeder!
Hi Miss Helen, I was just telling my husband how I want a bird bath for the front yard because my vegetable garden is in the front and I need to give the birds water so they leave the garden alone. A lot of times birds eat your fruit because they are thirsty. Well when I went to the stores looking for one, my heavens! they sure are expensive so I am so blessed to have watched your video and learned how to make my very own! and what a gorgeous bird bath for a fraction of the cost it would be to buy, especially one so very pretty! Thank you, thank you, thank you, and God Bless you dear Miss Helen. Serena from Illinois
Helen, you are one of the most enjoyable channels on UA-cam. You are so adorable, I love your creative style and your garden is to die for not to mention all the gorgeous bird song. Be blessed and thank you for sharing so much of yourself with us.
Helen, you are just marvelous ....you made my year, I will make this project and begin my collection ....this will become my new hobby.....thank you, and I feel blessed I came across your Chanel
Well, bless your heart! That's a lovely birdbath and I'm going to give this a try. Very nice video and I love that you take the time to show the whole process -- not rushing through and leaving folks to wonder what you used and how you did it. Thank you Miss Helen!
Helen that birdbath is really good and your painting of it is stunning , if you wanted to put strength in the structure easily you could push some nylon net into it and that would double the strength of it John from the UK
Not sure what part you're in, but I'm a neighbor in Suwanee. I thought I had an accent, but I love yours. And your elephant ears are beautiful! God bless
Helen, what a beautiful bird bath! I wasn’t sure, at first, of your color choices for the project, but the finished effect was so beautiful. I admire you for your creativity and energy. You are an inspiration.
I don’t understand how anyone could give Miss Helen a thumbs down. A true southern belle. Gentle and kind. Hard working and willing to share her gifts with whoever may need them. Does beautiful work. Those that thumbs down don't have a heart. She's so sweet!
You said everything, I thought. Wonderfully expressed. She is gorgeous and wonderful for sharing this with us.
Your birdbath is beautiful. What a serene and peaceful garden you have. Thank you for sharing it.

This video took me back to my childhood. Helen reminds me so much of my own grandmothers. I love that she does fun projects like these and films them❤️ being creative gives us life. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this!
I’m inspired and my husband has bought me the cement and sand and now I need a place to work but I’m determined to make my bird bath. Thanks so much!
I really want to visit, eat pecan cookies and drink lemonade, that's how I think of GA :)
A beautiful yard and a beautiful person.
I was hoping to see it fill with water for the birds to play in. I must say, that is a GORGEOUS bird bath❣
Such a sweet lady, and talented too. I would just love to sit in her yard, drink coffee, and talk with her. Love the bird bath, turned out gorgeous.
No! Sweet Tea!:)

my dad just sent me a link to this video and it was a delight of all delights! when I first saw you cut that leaf I thought it would be lovely to imagine being a small creature using it as an umbrella, like in a fairy tale. your space looks like a fairy tale all on its own! it came out absolutely lovely, like a burst of color. thank you for sharing your art with the world!! 💗
It’s gorgeous Helen! You’re an inspiration for all of us!!

Ok good night
Hugs
Liz

Still loving your doing all your projects.
Thank you for your comment.. Blessing and love to you from Ga.
Wow that's a great idea and I'm sure they would as many times as I have heard her beautiful voice say Portland Cement! I am going to do a little checking on that one for her myself and Miss. Helen, I will be in touch as I can! God bless you always, as you bless us so very much!

Tisha so would I. Ms. Helen you’re a true delight! Stay well, god bless
Can you list what type of paint and sealer products that you used on this leaf.
Thank you 😉
Girl, you are amazing.
I doubt it :)))
Wonderful video, Helen!

My husband wants to make a unique, birdbsth/fountain as my Mother's Day present. I SAY PERFECTLY BLESSED! Thank you sister.
Love the crickets in the background sound.
Please let someone do the heavy lifting and carrying .
Thank you, Miss Helen! I really enjoyed watching your demonstration! Hope you're doing well in 2022.
Thank you, Helen, for brightening my day! This is such a beautiful project!
Absolutely amazing. The world is in lockdown at this time. Having watched your beautiful art work on the bird bath leaf, I’m feeling lifted and blessed. You are an inspiration xx. All my love Ann in England x

Hello Linda
Thank you.
This is stunningly beautiful. You have inspired me to give it a go, thank you.
I love listen to her talk she's a beautiful person⚘ It's Beautiful I learn something Thanks 😊
Just beautiful work Helen! You are an incredible inspiration! The most incredible bird bath I have ever seen....and I bet the birds think so too! Thank you for sharing with us all!

Hello 👋 There
How are you doing today?
That turned out beautiful. I enjoyed watching her create it and love how the colors turned out. This video just popped up and I couldnt stop watching.
Hello Irene
Miss Helen...this project is amazing. In the past 6 years I bet thousands of birds have enjoyed this beautiful work of art. All the best to you.
Watching your video with the birds chirping is very therapeutic. Beautiful birdbath!
What an absolutely precious lady. I just love her. ❤️🙏🏼
Your choice of paint colors and your layering technique made that birdbath look just gorgeous!!!
Dearest Miss Helen, would you be able to show us where you placed your beautiful, amazing Elephant Ear bird bath? I'd love to see your gorgeous red bird who lives in your garden, playing in the water in that great work of art! Much love & many blessings to you!
Yeah I saw that red bird to. Didn’t look like a cardinal. Scarlet Tanager maybe? Looked big tho.
Beautiful yard! Love the bird bath! Great video! Thanks for taking the time to teach us!!❤
Beautiful!! I can hear happy birds in the background just waiting for their new birdbath on a hot Georgia day!!
I'll definitely AMEN your comment as I feel exactly the same way, praise the Lord for having her in my life!~
Well, bless your heart! That's a lovely birdbath and I'm going to give this a try. Very nice video and I love that you take the time to show the whole process -- not rushing through and leaving folks to wonder what you used and how you did it. Thank you Miss Helen!
Oh Ms. Wyatt I forgot to say how beautiful your leaf turned out!!!!!
That is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen! Well done
Mine too.
Helen that birdbath is really good and your painting of it is stunning , if you wanted to put strength in the structure easily you could push some nylon net into it and that would double the strength of it John from the UK
Good to know that
I was thinking much the same. Even just some straw would help with that.
Not sure what part you're in, but I'm a neighbor in Suwanee. I thought I had an accent, but I love yours. And your elephant ears are beautiful! God bless
Helen you've Blessed my Day for sure what an amazing project 😍SO FUN TO WATCH!
You remind me of my grandmother. She was always doing wonderful projects. You brought a smile to my face. Bless you.
Helen, what a beautiful bird bath! I wasn’t sure, at first, of your color choices for the project, but the finished effect was so beautiful. I admire you for your creativity and energy. You are an inspiration.
Turns out you had Autumn as the color scheme. I thought you were going to use greens. Turned out great.
You would pay a fortune for something like that in a garden centre-it's beautiful Helen! Xx
What an artist. Beautiful piece of work.
