Thank you, Sarah and Susan. I have had the same realization for years that when NVC is missing empathy, truthful intention, and integrity, it becomes just a means to potential exploitation. All of my healing experience also comes to a mix of resonance language with internal dialogues to the past, current and future self. I have seen so many spiritual leaders use fake niceness as a front for their manipulative exploits. I feel progressively lonely as time passes when fewer and fewer people around me see the same and understand what I try to say. Sigh! I feel like an invisible homeless stray puppy. I very much need to feel that I am in a warm, connected family..... being seen, witnessed, understood correctly, and accepted.
