Kids head tend to bend forward when they fall asleep causing them difficulty in breathing, can the seat angle be adjusted to bend backward? I think you forgot to mention..

I know this is "a bit" late, but yes, it can. You tilt the seat by activating the grey lever on the front of the seat, and pulling the seat forwards, or backwards.
