I originally started following the channel for the van life content, but the love story that is Eamon and Bec is honestly just everything. Like, that's the good life: the love of family and friends, friends that become family, and love that keeps us going even in the darkest of nights.
I’ve been binge watching them all for a couple weeks now I think I’m going to start over again one more time cause you always miss stuff the first time so I wanna go back and rewatch their amazing journey and you have been helping me go healthy I cut out red meats and slowly getting rid of one more thing every week cause I wanna eat vegan so bad

This brought back memories of a few months ago, when my partner was in the emergency room and I couldn't go into the hospital. It's a strange and powerless feeling to drop the one you love most on the planet at the door and wait outside for updates. Glad to see you both vertical and posting again!
I am in the ER and holistic nurse. A lot of times lyme is not adequately diagnosed as there are several different types of tests and sometimes it doesn't show up. Better to be on the safe side and take the full course of antibiotics for it just in case. You don't want that to turn into a chronic infection. Those are very difficult to get rid of. If you go to a functional medical doctor or holistic practitioner they're often a lot more advanced in lyme treatment. Be well.

It's so hard for some of us without a partner. I'm deeply happy for the two of you, and deeply envious. It's often extremely hard for singles, but it's important to cultivate friends that give you support, connection, and meaning.
For anyone in the comments also struggling with keeping tile up and level without a countertop, you can use a ledger board. Helps you hang upper cabinets and hood ranges easier as well. Hope this helps!
I’m happy you both took a well deserved break. Hope Eamon is doing alright now! Love you guys and love your videos. It helps me keep sane during this pandemic! Love from the Philippines

Eamon and Bec, that picture on Eamon's leg definitely looks like the classic bullseye rash that one gets from a tick bite. Most tests for Lyme disease are extremely inaccurate and come back with a negative result EVEN when someone actually does have Lyme disease. There is a one particular test you can order to test for Lyme disease that is actually very accurate and if you read this and want to know the name of test, I'd be happy to post it. At the end Eamon says "Don't forget to call someone you love." That was really important to me. My fiancee and I found Eamon and Bec through Nate and Kara, but I really love these two. Over the last couple of months it's become clear to me how important it is to tell those that you love how you feel. Take Eamon's words to heart!
Talked to my mom today and got to tell her I love her. She is entering hospice tomorrow. At 83 she’s had a good run but the old body is just giving up on her. I fly out for a final visit Tuesday. E&B, since you started your quest to push us to call someone we love it’s become a wonderful reminder of how damn lucky I’ve been in life. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. PS: No sadness, in our family we celebrate lives well lived. My brother and I will be throwing one heck of a wake when the time is right! Get out there and call someone you love!
We are so glad Eamon is feeling better. Last year my partner had somewhat similar symptoms, and ended up in the hospital for a week. They did a lot of tests and it turned out to be typhus (most likely from a flea in our back yard in Texas).
Welcome back! I love hexagon tile. You guys are probably experts after that big of an install. Two tips 1 when you need to start tiling 1/2 way up a wall you can tack a 1" board as the base line. It keeps the tile from slipping. Remove the board when the tile sets. 2. For circular notches and weird tile shapes you can use the edge of the diamond blade as a grinder... Carefully of course 😉 The kitchen looks amazing! Missy

Yep, focus on diet and health way before doctors prop you up with medicines. The answer is in prevention.
Start as soon as possible because you don’t think at such a young age the stuff you do will affect you for the rest of your life, but it does.

Eamon says as Bec says something really sweet. I laughed so hard.
Haha Eamon, the forever class clown
It's all so beautiful! You've built an amazing paradise. I love the drone shot of all the decks at the end.
Welcome back!
We are happy Eamon is back and healthy as ever!! Bec, yes for your support!!! Those tiles are super nice and they are timeless. Well done!! Cheers from the Laurentians', Quebec.
I missed you guys so much. I’m so glad Eamon is on his feet again. Keep up the good work! Your love and care for each other is inspiring. ❤️
Thanks Amanda 💛
HUGE welcome back!! you are so missed! You bring all the emotions possible in this viewer.. almost a month was so long lol I absolutely love your cabin build, your décor style and your new backsplash tiles!!!!Bob is allowed his opinion, but I am tempted to go up there and straighten him up!! LOL LOL keep up the great entertaining video love Kathleen ,Bowmanville ontario.
“I don’t think it looks like an Italian bathroom.” Cut to still of bathrooms with the exact same tiles! 😂
I love the hexagon tiles and you did a fantastic job getting them up.
Oh you guys! I'm so glad you are healthy. Yes we missed you but your health is always numero uno! Love having you back to cheer up my Sunday🎉
Thanks Miranda 💛
We are so glad Eamon is feeling better. Last year my partner had somewhat similar symptoms, and ended up in the hospital for a week. They did a lot of tests and it turned out to be typhus (most likely from a flea in our back yard in Texas).
Welcome back! I love hexagon tile. You guys are probably experts after that big of an install. Two tips
1 when you need to start tiling 1/2 way up a wall you can tack a 1" board as the base line. It keeps the tile from slipping. Remove the board when the tile sets.
2. For circular notches and weird tile shapes you can use the edge of the diamond blade as a grinder... Carefully of course 😉
The kitchen looks amazing!
Missy
We’ve missed you guys so much ❤️ my seven year old asked me if Eamon and Bec will please be back this week!! We snuggle up and watch your video every Sunday ❤️ Tiles look amazing hope you’re both feeling better and rested xx
Awe big hugs to your little one 🤗 💛
I’m hearing that music video about dancing on the ceiling and embarrassed I can’t remember cool artists name. I’ve got nice memories of old world water closet charms. This has been most satisfying. Missed your bright side editing.
You guys are so inspiring! I’m glad eamon is feeling better and I’m glad you took sometime off for your mental and physical health :) it’s so important. Also I love the tile backsplash😍 bob is hilarious!
Thanks you two 💛🌞
I’m so glad you guys are back! I’m so happy to hear that Eamon is feeling well!
Thanks Sherri! Eamon’s pretty excited to be back and healthy too!
My mom had that same welt in July but hers got to 5 inches in diameter and looked like a burn before she finally got it looked at 🙄🙄 turns out it’s Lyme. She’s doing much better now since they treated her symptoms! Good luck Eamon!
Through the algorithm gods, I only stumbled on your channel yesterday. This vlog is insanely foreshadowing for what is about to come for Bec in just a few short videos. You both seem like wonderful, genuine, kind people, and I will be following your journey through Bec’s cancer. Stay hopeful & positive as much as you can. You are both beautiful people (with or w/o the hair)
That's what I thought
When I’m older now I really wanna do van life, cabin life and travel like you guys have! It looks so cool and perfect!
I'm so glad you're feeling better, Eamon!! I LOVE the tile! Seems like everybody does subway tile these days and I think that's boring. This looks awesome even if it is popular in bathrooms! Take care and see ya Sunday!😘
We totally agree!!
@SMF except is hexagon tiles, not octagon... 😅
@SMF I actually come from southern Italy and live in Italy at the moment
Woo! Glad everyone is healthy🧡 I was looking forward to this update. Tile looks great, would be interesting to see what Bob would’ve suggested haha.
I have enjoyed your van life journey and I am thoroughly enjoying seeing y’all grow in a different adventure. Y’all are the best and a huge inspiration.🧡
Haha I love this idea… let’s call Bob and get him to suggest a replacement tile!
FYI anyone who needs to keep a line on tiling backsplash, off the counter get a level line and then screw in a temporary 1x2 piece of wood on the wall
Right at the beginning when you were both apart but saying how much you loved each other, water may have come from my eyes 😢 you two are utterly precious and it is so heartwarming to watch ❤
So glad Eamon is feeling better and you’re back to posting. Love following you both on your journey!
missed you guys :)
We missed you too Jay! Thanks for joining us this morning. Hope you enjoy the episode 💛🌞
Missed you so much. Sundays just weren't the same. Glad you're back and feeling better.
I’ve missed you guys so much oh my goodness 🥺🥺🥺 I’m so glad y’all are back! Happy Sunday! So ready for today’s video :)
P.S. That tile looks great in my opinion!! Ties in the whole kitchen!! 💞
Thank you Bailey! We’re so happy to be back with you all 💛. Glad we have your vote for the tiles! We also love them x
Glad Eamon is feeling better! And I think the tiles look great!! The white hex is often used on walls, not just Italian bathroom floors 😂
I like the tile and once your trim is up and whatever else you're putting there, it will all pull together like a kitchen, & definitely not like a bathroom. Continue on, kiddos! You're got good taste so just remember that!
The comment, "Don't listen to Bob, he's a 65 year old virgin!" made me laugh out loud. Thanks, I needed that today!
So glad we could bring some laughter to your day Mari!!!
@@eamonandbec do you guys have jobs?
@@fransmith8992 they have their own tea company as well as running this UA-cam channel.
@@hollyf8889 thank you . i knew nothing about them. this was the 1st video of theirs that i watched.
@@fransmith8992 you’re in for a real treat!! Go back and watch their older stuff, it’s totally worth it :) Welcome to the E&B fan club! See you Sunday 🤙🏻
So glad to have you guys back! I hope your break was spent well and you're well rested😄 I've missed you with my Sunday afternoon coffee
Wishing our break was a little more fun in the sun and less hospitals and sleeping all day BUT I guess this is just what the doctor ordered 🤓 💛
So happy you’re back and feeling better! Good to see Bob if it’s only by FaceTime.
The tile looks great! Glad Eamon is doing okay now --- sickness (and hospitalization) any time is scary, but during COVID times it's even scarier!
The tile is a classic and is lovely. All that matters is that you like it.
I’m so forkin happy to see y’all this morning!!
Aweee that makes two of us!!! Well 3 counting Eamon 😉
