Thanks for sharing. I noticed there is no oven in the kitchen, I would need to expand this design a little to have an oven and more food storage space in the kitchen.

I really like how well appointed the living space is both inside and outside. My only small critique is the location of the car park. You have such a gorgeous large living room window, but the view is obscured by the car. In any case, a beautiful design.

This is exactly what the seniors or millennium need it looks affordable, is the design affordable for any age group who does not want to spend $ 1.5 mil on a starter home.

This looks nice. I wonder if it's cultural differences or what but some of the concepts on here are unthinkable where I'm from. Like there being basically no entryway, you just enter the house where the sofa and TV are. Also bedroom doors located in the kitchen. I understand having no hallway saves space but it comes at the cost of practicality.

I think it needs a garage instead of a carport otherwise it’s a beautiful plan
Another really lovely home presented.
I fear I couldn't live without a bathtub but I suspect the master bath could be slightly reconfigured to shorten the sink area and extend the shower area to be a tub/shower combo.
Is there an oven camouflaged somewhere in the kitchen (or did I just miss it)?
I would also minimize the number of exit doors, halving the dining room exit to a single swing door as is the rear door, and being able to move the fridge along and extend the kitchen slightly with the extra wall space.
I might even lose the back door and access the back yard from the side (dining room) exit.
Thanks for another interesting video giving me the chance to fantasize about living there myself.

I already downloaded this video,my ideal home. The living room,dining room, is the one of my favorite places, so maybe I should be able to make some different ideas for bedroom specialy the master bedroom. Instead of two bedrooms I would like to make it into 3rooms. I already bought a land 340sq.m so it's will be a good idea for me

There is only two things I would like to see you incorporate in your designs, and that is a space for linen, and a cleaning closet. I know, I know, in a perfect world a dream home would never get dirty so you wouldnt need a vacuum or mop, but its something I always look for when I visit display homes. 😉

Hmm. So...can't open wardrobe in first bedroom. And stand and look at clothes. Needs a smaller bed to make room.
Laundry is impractical by master room...what noise@ and plumbing separated from turbmaster bath to laundry, cheaper tonhave those rooms back on to each other and then bathroom acts as a buffer.
Doesn't look like enough room behind kitchen counter stools at all. Maybe the stovetop could be on the island bench so chef isn't standing with back to the house when cooking, there a a singing table anyway, and maybe stroll on END on kitchen island instead, not side where they are just in the Way of the thoroughfare.
Just a couple of thoughts.
It's important to be able to imagine actually walking in, and using, the design. The sitting area outside of the master bedroom is lovely and makes the room larger, it would be such a pleasure to rest there.
