TOA MP-1216 Multi Channel Monitor - Inexpensive way to add monitoring!

I wanted to add 16 channels of audio metering to my analog console and decided to use the direct outs into a TOA MP1216 which I found used on eBay. Seems to work really good; calibration looks spot on.
