She had suffered a chapter of bulimia due to the pressure that she felt to have the responsability to fight for the crown of Miss Universe that USA didn't win since 1997, that's the reason because she went so thin to Miss Universe

The quality of girls entering miss USA pageants and being chosen by their states, etc. has diminished so much it feels like there are no beautiful, intelligent, capable girls out there anymore and the ones that have been winning since 2015 or so are questionable at best!
Ten years later, MUO needs to bring back this format! Dont fix whats not broken, the catwalk, the camera angles & timing. Keep it simple! (except for the elimination process of states based of geography, that was so lame!)

Even though CA was a big favorite due to her 1st RU placement at Miss Teen USA 2007, I think she lost a lot steam after preliminaries. And.. she did not do very well at Miss Universe. She could’ve been easily replaced by another contestant. I think other contestants would’ve been more competitive at Miss Universe! Tennessee, Alabama, Hawaii, South Carolina were all stunning and would’ve made top 10 or higher at Miss Universe!

Not sure if it’s the stress or her own personal body-type(?) because she was thin at Miss Teen USA as well. Beautiful lady but underperformed at Miss Universe.

The most Stupid format...I hated the grouping of candidates....Very strong contestants were left behind in the swimsuit.. I also remembered everyone thinking Texas was the winner...It made alot of people lash out on social media...
