Dr. Vikas we do respect you and your point of view on the current debate. As you mentioned it's mentioned in Indian constitution. India , that is bharat . It's in english . If you will check the Hindi version . It's mentioned bharat , that is india.
It means it's clear that both are equal .
And the original constitution was written in English not Hindi. Later it was translated for those who could not understand English.

According to constitution of India, In English its 'INDIA' and In hindi its 'BHARAT'. If you have worries that why our country's name is 'INDIA' . First of all our Govt or society must give the same recognition to our so called 'MATRA BHASHA' as they give to foreign language 'INDIA'. Our society treats 'English' as the measure of literacy factor of an individual.
At last, I've grown up listening 'INDIA' as our country so, I LOVE MY INDIA also 'Bharat Mata ki Jai'
